time please be advised these are used parts and may malfunction. We do
however provide a 30 day 100% money back warranty for the parts unless
the part is sold “AS IS”. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure
that the part they ordering is the correct part for their vehicle. If
you are not sure please either check with us, a local certified mechanic
or a dealer to insure you are ordering the correct part.

able to accept any other form of payment at this time.

will not be refunded

shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges depend on

RETURNS:
We
offer 30 days return with 100% sale price refunds. Shipping and
handling charges are not refunded unless it is our mistake. Please
include the copy of the packing slip along with your contact phone
number and indicate the reason for the return. If the part is wrong or
defective please advise us if you want an exchange, replacement or
refund. We recommend our buyers get a tracking number / delivery
confirmation, insurance, and pack securely to protect the return of the
part(s). If the part is lost we cannot offer a refund. If the part(s) is
returned damaged your payment will not be refunded. The part(s) must be
returned in its original condition.

agrees that its sole and exclusive remedy against seller will be
limited to the repair and replacement of nonconforming or defective
goods, provided seller is promptly notified in writing of any defect.
This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential
purpose so long as seller is willing to repair or replace the defective
parts.
Seller
will not be liable to buyer for any incidental, consequential, or
special damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues and
profits. This right to recover damages within the limitations set forth
is buyer’s exclusive alternative remedy if the limited remedy of repair
or replacement fails of its essential purpose. The parties agree that
this alternative remedy will be enforceable even if the limited remedy
of repair or replacement fails of its essential purpose. Choice of law
is Michigan.
